A mystery surrounds a small town that was wiped out on September 9, 2009.
Now, sixty years later, Sarah, the last survivor, sends a reporter, Mary,
a letter suggesting what really happened on that day.
The government calls 9/9/09 the start of “The Modern Plague”.
Mary soon realizes that her search for the truth may be harder to uncover than the lies...
The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, recently held
in Hollywood, voted 9909 BEST SCI FI FEATURE,
AND KELLY PENDYGRAFT BEST ACTRESS!

Buzzine interview with Kelly Pendygraft
...very fun film, with some chilling, surprising moments as well...
...I really enjoyed the movie...
“The film evokes a host of impressive 1950’s forebears such as “It Came From Outer Space” and “Invasion of the Body Snatchers,” with an obligatory nod to 1968’s “Night of the Living Dead.” Variety
